Sura 43 Az-Zukhruf (The Ornaments of gold), aya 75

لَا يُفَتَّرُ عَنْهُمْ وَهُمْ فِيهِ مُبْلِسُونَ
It will not be allowed to subside for them, and they, therein, are in despair.
