Sura 38 Sad (The letter Saad), aya 20

  1. وَشَدَدْنَا مُلْكَهُ وَآتَيْنَاهُ الْحِكْمَةَ وَفَصْلَ الْخِطَابِ

    And We strengthened his kingdom and gave him wisdom and discernment in speech.
