Sura 26 Ash-Shu'ara' (The Poets), aya 200

1. كَذَٰلِكَ سَلَكْنَاهُ فِي قُلُوبِ الْمُجْرِمِينَ

   Thus have We inserted disbelief into the hearts of the criminals.
