Sura 88 Al-Ghashiyah (The Overwhelming)

1. فَذَكِّرْ إِنَّمَا أَنْتَ مُذَكِّرٌ

   So remind, (O Muhammad); you are only a reminder.

   88:21

2. لَسْتَ عَلَيْهِمْ بِمُصَيْطِرٍ

   You are not over them a controller.

   88:22

3. إِلَّا مَنْ تَوَلَّىٰ وَكَفَرَ

   However, he who turns away and disbelieves -

   88:23

4. فَيُعَذِّبُهُ اللَّهُ الْعَذَابَ الْأَكْبَرَ

   Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.

   88:24

5. إِنَّ إِلَيْنَا إِيَابَهُمْ

   Indeed, to Us is their return.

   88:25

6. ثُمَّ إِنَّ عَلَيْنَا حِسَابَهُمْ

   Then indeed, upon Us is their account.

   88:26
